Studio unit has one king bed, rate is based on two adults.

One bedroom has one king bed and a sofa bed in the living room, rate is based on two adults.

One bedroom with loft has a king bed in the bedroom and two queen beds in the loft, rate is based on 4 adults.

Two bedroom with loft has a king bed in the master bedroom, a queen bed in the second bedroom and two queen beds in the loft , rate is based on 4 adults.

All units are condominium style, and have full kitchens, living room area with gas fireplace, balcony, TV and one or two complete bathrooms.

When making a booking a deposit of 20% is required. Full Payment is required 30 days in advance for booking between December and April. Cancellation policy allows for a full refund if cancelled 30 days prior to arrival. 50% refund will be issued if cancelled 14 - 29 days prior to arrival. No refund will be issued for cancellations less than 14 days prior to arrival.

Rates are exclusive of the 2% Municipal tax and 12% HST and are quoted in Canadian dollars. There is an extra person surcharge of $25.00 per day per extra adult. Children 16 and under are no extra charge when sharing with an adult.
